David J Haralson, DMD MD is originally from Portland, Oregon. Dr. Haralson completed medical school at The University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska where he graduated with distinction.
He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2007 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He also completed a year internship in General Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Haralson belongs to a number of professional organizations and is an active member of the medical community.

Dr. Haralson has trained with nationally and internationally renowned experts in the field of cosmetic surgery, including Joe Niamtu III DMD, Marco Pelosi MD, and J Dan Metcalf MD. He attended Dr. Niamtu’s prestigious Facial Cosmetic course in April of 2022. Dr. Haralson is a Fellow of Dr. Marco Pelosi’s International Society of Cosmetogynecology and trained in Liposuction, Abdominoplasty, and Breast Augmentation with him. He was mentored by Dr. Dan Metcalf in trans-axillary Breast Augmentation, in the Subfascial plane (in front of the muscle but behind the muscle capsule) as well as the internal lift which leaves no scars on the breast itself – a tremendous advantage! Dr. Haralson also attended the Portland Rhinoplasty Course in Summer 2022, sponsored by Oregon Health Science University Department of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Haralson has devoted his professional career to meeting the needs of his patients and referring doctors by providing expert surgical care and training the office staff to deliver top-notch service.
Most recently, Dr. Haralson partnered with renowned surgeon Dr. Albert Carlotti MD, mentoring and perfecting his facial cosmetic and body cosmetic techniques. Including facelift, endoscopic brow lift, facial resurfacing, rhinoplasty, and breast augmentation.
